Safe Harbor has been operating before & after school programs on-site since 2006.
We are now located onsite in 5 elementary schools and 1 intermediate school within 2 school corporations. We provide care to the families that attend these schools only. Our Elementary programs operate in the morning and the afternoon, and our intermediate school program only operates in the afternoon. Safe Harbor programs do not operate when school is not in session but does holds a summer camp for 8 weeks of the summer.
All Safe Harbor Programs are state certified. All employees that work within the program are drug tested, receive TB testing, fingerprints and are approved through the state of Indiana. Staff are also CPR/First Aid certified along with receive at least 12 hours of online training when hired into our program.
